Lamps have many parameters that can be crucial when choosing a lamp. The most important are: power, luminous efficacy, luminous flux, light color, operating temperature, water resistance class, service life, and warranty. Less important parameters include: weight, color rendering index, power factor, beam angle, and storage temperature. Typically, this takes 1-5 business days, depending on the lamp model and order size (usually 1-2 business days). In some cases, this period may extend to a month. The order processing system always informs the customer of the actual delivery time.
The simplest and most popular payment method is an instant transfer, processed by the customer's bank. The payment provider is Przelewy24.pl. For smaller orders (up to 500 PLN), customers often choose to pay using their BLIK number. This payment method is also selected through Przelewy24.pl. Sometimes, customers also choose cash on delivery, in which case the shipping company's cash on delivery processing fees are added to the shipping costs. If a traditional transfer is selected, processing is suspended until the funds are credited to the company's account. This results in an extended order processing time (usually by 1 business day). For customers outside of Poland, we have prepared the option of payment via Stripe.

All lamps presented in our store are designed for direct connection to a 230V (AC) electrical system, similar to a wall socket. Some lamps are dimmable and require separate devices (e.g., a dimmer, timer, or motion sensor).
