Newsletter regulations

For the purposes of these Regulations, the following terms have the following meanings:

  1. Newsletter – means information sent periodically to the e-mail address provided during registration
    by the Subscriber;
  2. Regulations - means these Regulations for the Provision of the Newsletter Service by Electronic Means;
  3. Registration - means ordering a Newsletter subscription, i.e. the act of entering the Subscriber's e-mail address, necessary to provide this service, into the database of subscribers maintained by the Foundation;
  4. GDPR - means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on data protection);
  5. Ledkomplex website – means www.ledkomplex.pl;
  6. Subscriber – means a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality who has ordered the Newsletter Subscription service;
  7. Subscription – means the service of periodic Newsletter sending;
  8. Entrepreneur – means the company Ledkomplex sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Poznań (61-531), ul. Kilińskiego 13/6, e-mail: ledkomplex@gmail.com
  1. Based on Article. 8 section 1 of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344, as amended), the Entrepreneur hereby sets out the rules for using the Newsletter Subscription in the Regulations.
  2. The Subscriber declares that before registering, he/she has read the provisions of the Regulations, the "Privacy Policy", the "Cookies Policy" and accepts them and agrees to the terms of the Subscription.
  3. The rules regarding the processing of Subscribers' personal data are specified in § 5 of these Regulations and in the "Information on the processing of personal data".
  1. The Subscription is provided with the Subscriber's consent, free of charge, for an indefinite period of time, until the Subscriber resigns from the Subscription or until the Entrepreneur terminates the Subscription.
  2. As part of the Subscription, the Entrepreneur will send information via e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Subscriber in the form of an e-mail (e-mail message).
  3. Registration in the Subscriber database takes place by completing the subscription form available on the Entrepreneur's website and involves entering the correct e-mail address of the Subscriber, reading and accepting the Regulations and the "Privacy Policy" by the Subscriber, and consenting to the Subscription and the processing of personal data for shipping purposes.   4. After Registration, an e-mail with a link activating the Subscription service will be sent to the Subscriber's e-mail address. By clicking on the link in question, the Subscriber confirms the correctness of the provided e-mail address and consent to the Subscription.
  5. The Subscription Service starts automatically after its activation referred to in point. 5 above. 
  6. E-mail addresses that are not confirmed within 7 days from the date of Registration will be permanently deleted from the Subscriber database.
  7. A person who, when ordering a Subscription, provided incorrect data, such as the e-mail address of a third party without the third party's knowledge and consent, may be liable for damages towards
    Entrepreneurs, if this third party submits claims against Ledkomplex related to the use of the address by Ledkomplex
    e-mail of this person in order to complete the Subscription.
  8. The Subscriber is entitled to resign from the Subscription at any time, without giving a reason, by sending the Entrepreneur a resignation form, which is available in the footer of each received Newsletter. Resignation will be treated as withdrawal of consent to provide the service and does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  9. Upon the resignation referred to above, the Subscription will cease to be provided

In order to use the Subscription, the Subscriber should have a device with Internet access, any web browser and active and properly configured e-mail.

  1. The administrator of Subscribers' personal data is the Entrepreneur. You can contact the Entrepreneur in writing by sending correspondence to the following address: ul. Kilińskiego 13/6, 61-531 Poznań or by e-mail at ledkomplex@gmail.com.
  2. The administrator will process data for the purposes indicated in section. 4, which concern the implementation of the Subscription, consideration of complaints submitted by Subscribers, contact and implementation of its statutory objectives.
  3. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of implementing the Subscription provided electronically in accordance with the Regulations, based on the consent expressed by the Subscriber. Personal data may also be processed in connection with the consideration of a complaint submitted in connection with the implementation of the Newsletter.
  4. The recipients of personal data may be entities providing postal, hosting or courier services, as well as entities with which the Administrator has concluded an agreement to provide maintenance services in connection with the IT systems used.
  5. Personal data will not be transferred to recipients in third countries (outside the European Economic Area) or international organizations.
  6. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes referred to in section 4 above, i.e. until you unsubscribe from the Newsletter Subscription or until the Administrator completes the Newsletter Subscription service, as well as for the period necessary to consider the submitted complaint and the limitation period for claims related to the processing of personal data in connection with the service provided.
  7. Each data subject has the right to: access his or her personal data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, transfer data, as well as the right to object to the processing of personal data for reasons related to a particular situation.
  8. If you consider that the processing of personal data violates the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  9. The subscriber may withdraw consent to the processing of his data at any time, without giving a reason, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  10. Personal data will not be used to make automated decisions in individual cases, including profiling.
  11. Failure to provide personal data may make it impossible to complete the Subscription.
  1. The Entrepreneur is not responsible for incorrect implementation of the Subscription service caused by:
    • force majeure;
    • failure caused by the Subscriber's fault or irregularities
      in the Subscriber's IT system;
    • the quality of the Subscriber's connection (connection) to the Internet;
    • failures of the devices of the Subscriber's Internet providers.
  1. Complaints can be submitted via e-mail to the following e-mail address: ledkomplex@gmail.com
  2. Filing a complaint should include the e-mail address provided during Registration in the Subscriber database and the content of the complaint.
  3. The time to consider the complaint and provide the Subscriber with feedback is 14 days.
  1. The Entrepreneur reserves the right to unilaterally change the content of the Regulations to the extent permitted by applicable law, in particular in the event of significant technical reasons, the introduction of new functionalities and services, their modification or ceasing to provide certain functionalities or services.
  2. Any changes to the Regulations will be communicated to the Subscriber each time by placing appropriate information with a list of changes on the Entrepreneur's website, i.e.: ww.ledkomplex.pl, at least 2 days in advance and provided in the content of the Newsletter.
  3. After 30 days from the provision of information about changes to the Regulations, the Subscriber is deemed to have read and accepted them. If the changes to the Regulations are not accepted, the Subscriber should immediately unsubscribe from the Subscription service in accordance with § 3 section 8.
  1. An incorrect e-mail address will be removed from the Subscriber database immediately after detecting any irregularities.
  2. The Entrepreneur reserves the right to discontinue the provision of the Subscription service for important reasons, after notifying the Subscriber via e-mail.

  2. The Entrepreneur reserves the right to delete the account of a Subscriber who has violated these Regulations or the law in force in the Republic of Poland or takes actions that interfere with the uninterrupted use of the service by other Subscribers.
  3. The content contained in the Newsletter is subject to legal protection, in particular protection under the provisions of the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights.
